Make Wakeda your summer "home away from home"!

  • The season is May 15- Oct 1, regardless of what day of the week those dates fall on.

  • We offer a variety of site sizes to accommodate a wide range of trailer sizes, including those 40’+.

  • All sites have water, sewer, WiFi, and their own 30/50 amp electric meter. Electricity is paid directly to the electric company.

  • Each site has a water spigot, picnic table, and fireplace.

  • Trailers must be no more than 10 years old.

  • You are responsible for the upkeep of your site and trailer (this is includes mowing the grass, etc. and washing your trailer when needed).

  • Unregistered trailers, sheds and decks will be taxed by the town of Hampton Falls. Seasonals are required to pay this tax directly to the Town.

  • We do not accept destination trailers, park models, or tiny homes.

  • The seasonal rate is based on 2 adults (18+) and 3 children (17 and under) or less. Extra adults and children are an additional charge.

We ask that you camp with us, or tour the property, before being added to the waiting list. We want to make sure you are confident that Wakeda will be a good fit! We prioritize campers who have stayed with us multiple times.
